Delivery and Return

Delivery Policy

Once your order is placed and payment is received, the product you ordered will be handed over to the shipping company within 2 to 4 business days. In the case of custom orders, this period may extend to 15 business days. During public holidays, shipping will take place within 2 to 4 business days after the holiday ends. For domestic orders, the cost of delivery to the recipient is fully covered by MINTCO. For international orders, the cost of delivery is borne by the BUYER.

If there is no one present at the specified delivery address to receive the order after it has been dispatched, responsibility lies with the buyer, and this date will be considered the delivery date of the order.

For domestic orders, your shipment will be delivered within 3-6 business days.

MINTCO is not responsible for any customs duties, processing fees, or other charges, including brokerage fees, that may arise for international shipments. Payment of these amounts will be required to release your order from customs, depending on the country to which the delivery is made. This means that no taxes or customs fees are included in the price displayed at checkout. Since these fees are determined directly by local customs, we cannot provide the exact amount of any potential taxes or customs duties your shipment may incur.


Exchange and Return Policy

MINTCO accepts the return of unworn products within 3 days from the date of delivery to the recipient. If the returned product is stained or damaged, the company cannot process the return. The shipping cost for returned products is entirely borne by the buyer. Accessories are not eligible for return or exchange.

If the buyer wishes to return a product, they must first notify info@mintco.co. To avoid delays, no product return should be sent without contacting MINTCO first.

For international orders, the cost of returning the product and any customs charges that may arise are entirely the responsibility of the buyer.
